Essential Humanitarian Supplies
Since Oct 7th, over 4,500 volunteers have packed and delivered 420,000 critically needed items to 145,000 troops throughout Israel.
IDF Transition Programs
Team Building
A 2–3 day program held between missions for active-duty combat soldiers. Eyes to the Horizon helps soldiers process the mission they just completed while preparing them mentally and emotionally for the next one. The program builds resilience and maintains strong unit cohesion to support their ongoing effectiveness in the field.
Facilitated Transition
A five-day program held in nature for small, organic groups of combat soldiers, focused on processing their service and preparing for civilian life. It provides tools to navigate emotional and practical challenges, build resilience, and support long term well-being. This flagship transition program received the Chief of Staff’s Award for Excellence and Innovation.
Workforce Re-Entry
Workforce reintegration programs empower reservists to actualize their career and educational goals through small group workshops and one-on-one guidance about their professional futures. Reservist business owners receive expert support in rebuilding their businesses impacted by the war, with help in financial planning, marketing, and growth strategy.
Educational Initiatives
Purposeful Leadership
An 8-month, professionally facilitated workshop series designed to enhance leadership capacity, strengthen team cohesion, and support officer well-being. Each group engages in a tailored experience that addresses real-time challenges, encourages peer learning, and provides expert guidance to empower officers to lead with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Tours & Lectures
Top educators lead dynamic lectures and interactive workshops at key landmarks and military bases across Israel. These experiences offer soldiers meaningful insights into their heritage and the deeper values behind their service.
Crafting Cohesive Command
A facilitated workshop series for the newly formed leadership teams overseeing a unit, including commanders, officers, and key personnel. One Team helps these teams connect, build trust, and strengthen communication, fostering unity so they can lead effectively and provide the best support for their soldiers from day one.
Preparing Future Officers
A preparatory workshop for soldiers entering the IDF officer course, Inspired to Lead helps participants reflect on their motivation, values, and sense of purpose before stepping into command. The program highlights the responsibility and privilege of leadership, equipping future officers with the mindset, confidence, and clarity to lead with intention and integrity from day one.
The Kest Center
In the heart of Jerusalem’s Old City, the Sol and Clara Kest Center welcomes thousands of soldiers for powerful seminars and educational programs that deepen their connection to Israel’s history, values, and land. This one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art facility offers more than just a place to learn—it gives soldiers a profound sense of appreciation and pride, knowing it was built especially for them.
Experiential Education
An experimental and educational mobile app guides soldiers on a unique journey through key historical landmarks across Israel. While exploring, they uncover the stories woven into each site—deepening their connection to the land, its history, and its cultural significance.
Gratitude Initiatives
Essential Food Support
In partnership with the IDF’s Welfare Division, we provide hundreds of grocery vouchers to soldiers in need and their families before Rosh Hashanah and Passover. These gifts ensure that those facing financial hardship can celebrate the holidays with dignity—feeling cared for, supported, and deeply appreciated.
Letters of Strength
Messages from around the world bring encouragement and hope to soldiers on the front lines. Whether it’s a heartfelt note or a colorful picture from a child, these simple gestures lift spirits and remind soldiers they’re not alone.
Meeting with Meaning
In the Old City of Jerusalem, overlooking the Temple Mount, Hospitality with Love creates unique moments of connection between Israeli soldiers and visitors from around the world. This warm, welcoming home has received tens of thousands of visitors—offering a powerful space to share stories, express gratitude, and build unity in the global Jewish family and beyond.
